    Abstract:
    It is a new direction and requirement of higher engineering education to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents and reform of teaching mode under the background of emerging engineering education. According to the shortcomings of the evaluation system of students' innovation ability in traditional teaching practice, this paper reforms the evaluation method of innovation ability with the research background of the cultivation of innovative talents in transportation and civil engineering. Based on the three aspects of whole process, multi-subject and multi-dimension, highlighting the cultivation process of innovation ability, multi-dimensional optimization of innovation practice activities, taking into account the common development of teachers and students, sticking to the cultivation quality standard, the multi-subject multi-dimensional efficiency evaluation method centering on the whole process of innovation ability promotion and cultivation is constructed. Good results have been achieved through practical application, which can provide reference for civil engineering major and related colleges to innovate talent training mode.

    Abstract:
    Facing the need to strengthen the cultivation of international talents in the construction of emerging engineering education, and in view of the problems existing in the cultivation of research-oriented talents of architecture specialty, such as the depth of international exchange, the ability of cross-border integration, the broadening of academic vision, the combination of scientific research and practice, it puts forward the teaching concept of open integration, innovation and research promotion. It discusses the reform ideas and methods of international design workshop under the background of emerging engineering education from three aspects as teaching system, teaching content, teaching mode, including the open and cooperative teaching system called 3 Platforms + 1 mode + 1 mechanism, the modular workshop training content called joint design + project research + urban investigation, and the research-based practical teaching method called research guiding design + design comparative research. Base on these, taking the teaching practice of Sino Japanese international design workshop in the school of Architecture & Fine Art of Dalian University of Technology as an example, it tests the teaching reform from the aspects of curriculum construction, teaching effect feedback, transformation of teaching and scientific research achievements, and popularization value of achievements, so as to provide an effective way to promote the construction of emerging engineering education and international teaching of higher education.

    Abstract:
    In this paper, the civil engineering major of China University of Geosciences (Beijing) is taken as the object to study the practice teaching system under the background of emerging engineering education. This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the current practice teaching system of our school, and adheres to the principle of student-centered, and establishes a multi-level plane spiral practice teaching framework system of point face combination, module combination, spiral progression, new technology enhancement and all-round penetration. We have developed the APP (school enterprise collaborative practice information platform) and adopted the double tutor system for undergraduates both inside and outside the university to provide strong guarantee for the effective implementation of our new civil engineering practice system.

    Abstract:
    Based on the development and change of the civil engineering industry under the background of emerging engineering education, combining the directions of educating undergraduate talents and the characteristics of college students who were born after 2000, this paper puts forward the fact that the application-oriented undergraduate students majoring in civil engineering should focus on cultivating their abilities of applying engineering science, project management coordination, and the engineering technology innovation to ensure the normal graduate in civil engineering of intelligent construction to engineering application and management work. Based on the multi-disciplinary development, new ways of thinking and innovation can be initiated. Taking the curriculum reform of basic principles of concrete structure as an example, considering the technology updates of civil engineering industry, we employed the modern teaching and learning approaches to discuss curriculum reform. In terms of teaching content, precast prefabricated concrete structure and BIM technologies in civil engineering industry are actively combined with traditional knowledge to form a new framework of "basic principles of concrete structure" courses. From the view of pedagogy, we should fully explore and use the Internet+ learning platform and various teaching methods to better stimulate the willingness to learn of the students born after 2000, so as to improve the effectiveness of teaching.

    Abstract:
    Curriculum system is the main carrier of the talents training and achieving the targeted training objectives in the universities. Considering the educational situation of our country and the current developing requirement of the traffic industries, a multi-objective training plan on the longitudinal three level talents and the transverse different professional talents of the future bridge engineers is proposed, based on the training modes of engineer talents in America, Germany, and the Soviet Union and the development history of engineering education in China. In fact, the multi-objective training plan is accordant with the undergraduate education objectives in civil engineering of colleges and universities in China, the international CDIO engineering educational conception, and the enterprise requirements of engineering talents. Finally, the undergraduate teaching curriculum system in bridge engineering of Central South University is established, based on the longitudinal chains on the general education, academic education, professional education, and personality cultivation. Also the transverse curriculum group in bridge engineering is set up. Thereby, the training mode of the three level talents and the different bridge professional talents is fully formed to bring up the multi-objective future bridge engineers.

    Abstract:
    To implement the requirements of planning first and design services to the countryside in the rural vitalization strategy, the urban and rural planning profession is in urgent need of practical teaching reform. This paper focuses on the educational development needs of rural planning, analyzes the current situation and problems of rural practical teaching of the urban and rural planning major of Xi'an Technological University, proposes to establish a rural practical teaching base and a rural design service base, and explores a better promotion of rural practical teaching and talent training under the double-base synergy drive. In the reform of rural practical teaching, one shift + one linkage is formed, one shift from the traditional teaching base mode to the double-base synergy mode, and one linkage between the reform of professional rural practical teaching and talent training exploration and the national rural vitalization strategy and policy. Based on rural planning education and talents training, the mode of three combinations + one line has been formed. The three combinations are the combination of practical teaching + social services, professional teachers + professional mentors, and turban and rural planning students + rural volunteer planners, and the one line is the effective connection and integration of different stages of capacity training, such as getting to know a village, understanding a village, planning and designing a village, and serving a village.

    Abstract:
    To provide the basis for college students' accurate employment, the efficiency characteristics of construction industry in Jiangsu Province were studied by the method of DEA-SBM model. The results show that:In terms of quality, the comprehensive efficiency of construction industry in Jiangsu Province is poor, however, the construction industry in Suzhou and Nantong is efficient. The inefficiency of construction industry in Jiangsu Province is mainly determined by the output inefficiency, and the production status of construction industry provides conditions for full employment of college students. In terms of prefecture level city, the efficiency level of construction industry is affected by pure technical efficiency or scale efficiency in different regions, and the efficiency analysis plays an important role in diversified employment choice of college students. Based on the results, some suggestions are put forward to improve the production efficiency of construction industry in Jiangsu Province and meet the needs of college students' scientific and reasonable employment.

    Abstract:
    In view of the problems faced in the training of graduate students majoring in architecture and civil engineering in local application-oriented universities, the research and practice of training mode were carried out. Relying on the collaborative innovation center for mountain geological disaster prevention and control in Zhejiang Province, the resource advantages, discipline advantages and scientific research advantages of the collaborative innovation center were transformed into postgraduate training advantages. The professional degree postgraduate training mode of multi-agent collaboration and integration of industry, university and research was constructed, and different training mechanisms such as university-university (or institute) collaborative training, university-enterprise collaborative training and international collaborative training were established. Taking professional foundation, practical ability and international vision as the training concept, the corresponding professional degree graduate talent training scheme and curriculum system were formulated. The practice proved that through the cooperation of universities, scientific research institutes, enterprises and international academic organizations, together with the integration of industry, university and research, the practical innovation ability, employment competitiveness and international vision of professional degree postgraduates were promoted.

    With the continuous development of information technology used in higher education, blending teaching mode fully integrates offline classroom teaching and online high-quality education resources, effectively mobilize students' learning initiative and achieve satisfactory teaching effect. Taking the graduate course bridge structure system as an example, combined with the education mobile and web platform of Chaoxing, the PIP blending teaching mode is proposed, which includes preparation lessons before class, explaining key points and difficulties in class and discussions, extracurricular learning. From the problem perspective, the literature reading ability of graduate students is emphasized during the teaching process. The diversified assessment method with six quantitative indicators including students' mutual evaluation is proposed.

    Abstract:
    Italy has a good tradition and profound heritage in architectural heritage conservation education, especially in the identification of architectural heritage decays and specific conservation measures, there are many places worthy of learning by Chinese architectural colleges and departments. This paper selects the Architectural Preservation Studio of Politecnico di Milano in Italy as a case, and introduces in detail the teaching objectives, organization forms, content arrangement, assessment standards and so on. Then, this teaching mode is applied to the course of architecture history and heritage protection of China University of Mining and Technology. Through the specific teaching case of Screen Wall of Xuhai Dao Department, this paper demonstrates the adaptability of Italian architectural heritage conservation curriculum system in the major of architecture in China, in order to provide some thoughts and ideas for the curriculum of related majors in similar colleges and universities in China.

    Practical education is an important part of talent training in urban and rural planning. In order to meet the needs of industry development, deepen educational reform and solve the dilemma of practical education, it is very necessary to study the mechanism of enterprise participating in planning education. After analyzed the main modes of participation of planning enterprises in China and conducted comparative studies at home and abroad, it is found that the paths and mechanisms of Chinese, British and American companies' participation in professional education are similar, but British and American are better in maturity and depth. And there are some deficiencies in enterprise enthusiasm, government driving force, discourse power of industry organizations, school curriculum system of China. To solve these problems, it is the key to proposing the strategies such as government incentive and guarantee, industry organization guidance, joint training of schools and enterprises, as well as the multi-agent collaborative talent training mechanism.

    Abstract:
    Curriculum ideological and political is the requirement of higher education in the new era. The whole process of education, full education, all-round education is the inevitable goal of higher education in the field of civil engineering. Considering the absence of curriculum ideological and political in universities, we tapped into the ideological and political elements based on the ethics and morals in the civil engineering specialty. We clarified the training objective in the civil engineering specialty with the visual field of foster virtue through education and constructed a teaching system of three-dimensional, multi-level, all-inclusive to enhance the objectiveness and effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political. We proposed multiple, original, interesting, and flexible teaching methods to make up for the lack of monotonous teaching mode.     Abstract:
    Competitive environment needs competitive culture, and the key to cultivate competitive culture is education. Based on the international advanced engineering education ideas OBE and CDIO standard requirements, the problems existing in the cultivation of humanities and social sciences literacy of higher education in China are analyzed. In the ideas of OBE and CDIO, the knowledge of humanities and social sciences is not only cultivated as a kind of value, but also as a kind of ability, which has the characteristics of skill and ability. The ancient morality and ability concept and the concept of employing people were analyzed. It is suggested that we should grasp the whole meaning of moral education. Taking values as the core of culture, the characteristics of introverted and extraverted culture and Chinese culture were discussed. Based on Marxist thought, the inheritance and development of traditional culture were analyzed. It is pointed out that both introverted and extroverted cultures should be emphasized, especially in the competitive environment. The cultivation of college students should not only attach importance to morality, but also to skills, so that they should have both morality and ability.

    Creating narrative places and spaces is one of the most important design trends of contemporary architecture. Understanding the narrative of architecture from the perspective of experience interaction is a remarkably important way of architectural design thinking. In the teaching process of this graduation design, by guiding students to construct the narrative space in the design, strengthens the training of the students' narrative design thinking, and enhances the logic expression in the students' design works. This paper also takes some examples of students' work to explore the operability of implementing narrative design thinking in design courses, aims to provide directions and basis for future teaching reforms.

    Abstract:
    The training of students with high quality, responsibility and innovation capability is indentified as essential goal in higher education, which also is inevitable requirement of Double-First Class initiative. Civil engineering has a unique position and important roles in the training and education. It is quite necessary not only paying attentions on process, but also on purpose of engineering education. The inquiry-based education mode has the absolute superiority because of its capability of combining process and goals together. Taking civil engineering materials as an example, an inquiry-based teaching system with 3+2 goals is proposed according to the basic principles of inquiry science teaching, the characteristics of engineering education and the requirements of training goals. This system includes training goals and processes of knowledge, skills, scientific approaches and study attitude. Meanwhile, a teaching strategy which is creating learning situations, posing research questions and projects is proposed and implemented during teaching. The practice shows that this teaching mode has good efficiency on improving the innovation ability and scientific literacy of students with its strong feasibility and prominent scientificity and innovation.

    This paper combines the practice of the postgraduate students of a China aerospace research institute and the Logistical Engineering University who participated in the academic literacy curriculum offered by Chongqing University, interprets their basic ability, writing skills, English and innovation abilities waiting to be improved, explores the approaches to implement academic literacy curriculum reform from the aspects of curriculum design and content with the orientation of students' all-round academic literacy improvement, and proposes "enhancing the pertinence of the course, carrying out cross-unit cooperation, emphasizing the cultivation of students' multi-dimensional ability, the construction of ability systems including time management, as well as the cultivation of students' global view, and being a good leader in academic moral value guidance" and so on.     Due to the abstract concept and strong logic required for college mathematics courses, students have great difficulty in learning college mathematics, and the students' make-up examination rate and repetition rate are high, which leads to the retaken course. Because times and spaces, the traditional teaching method cannot meet students in the learning needs of retaken courses. As an online and offline mixed teaching mode with high compatibility, flipped classrooms can satisfy the student's personalized learning, so that students can learn in a more flexible and active way and participate more. In order to explore the specific practical effect of flipped classroom and improve the teaching quality of retaken public basic course of college mathematics, based on relevant literature and teaching experiences, the paper analyzes the characteristics of students retaking courses, the retaken courses and flipped classroom, discusses and designs a relatively complete and feasible teaching mode and method in the practice teaching of linear algebra course. The results show that this mode effectively improves students' learning effect, and the students' satisfaction is high.

    The ability to solve complex engineering problems is an important issue in current engineering education certification and higher engineering education. By expounding the new situation and requirements of current higher education and higher engineering education, combining the concept of engineering education certification, the characters of complex geomatics engineering issue were analyzed. With the orientation and characteristics of universities and colleges, professional training goals and graduation requirements of geomatics engineering were established. Constructing a roadmap of practical teaching-ability training, the practical teaching course system to support the ability training of complex engineering problems was established. With the hierarchical and modular training, the training objective to solve complex engineering problems was achieved. The results can provide useful reference for geomatics engineering and relevant major to carry out the revision of professional talent training program and the construction of professional practical course system.

    In order to achieve the coordination of cement treat aggregate base(CTAB) material mix proportion design between indoor experiment laboratory test and production practice, play the role of guidance to field construction, base on the analysis of the traditional course mix proportion design of semi-rigid base test, the course objectives were adjusted on the basis of the principle of production practice in harmony with indoor test. According to the new objective of the course, the equipment of vibration mixing, vibration molding and anti-scour was developed, standard test parameters were proposed, and numerical simulation of anti-scour test was carried out. The scour stress distribution of the scour specimen was clarified, which was used as the basis of analysis of anti-scour test for students. Through the analysis of physical index data, the students have made clear the physical significance of the optimum water content and the influence of three methods on the maximum dry density. Through the analysis of the mechanical index data, the students have made clear the influence of different test methods on the strength and the mechanism of producing this influence. Through the anti-scour test, the students are made clear that the functional indexes should be considered when determining the design cement dosage, and the numerical simulation can explain the test phenomenon well. Based on the new objectives of semi-rigid base mix design experiment, students understand the nature of mix design, in the level of technical requirements, it is not only to meet the intensity requirements, but also take into account the functional indicators, in the aspect of test design, not only to comply with the norms, but also have the spirit of innovation.

    Based on virtual simulation technology, a virtual simulation experiment system of soil mechanical properties under complex environment is developed. The system can realize the repeated dry wet cycle and freeze-thaw cycle of soil samples through the virtual simulation experiment device. The influence of hot summer and rainy, heat and cold on the mechanical properties of soil can be simulated. The consolidation, direct shear and triaxial tests are carried out to test the strength and deformation characteristics of soil samples under complex environment. The operation process of virtual test was similar to that of real test. The interactive feeling was lifelike. Students can intuitively experience the process of environmental simulation and mechanical test of soil samples and overcome the difficulties of hard realization, high cost and limited by time and space. Students could understand the effect of complex environment on soil mechanical properties in limited classroom teaching time.

    Abstract:
    Using Unity3D, WebGL technology, OpenGL technology and 3D simulation technology, the project of virtual simulation experiment of bridge technical condition assessment was developed based on the identification of bridge engineering disease threshold control index. The virtual simulation experiment teaching system fully covers the whole process of preview, implementation, review and examination of the experiment, and realizes virtual and real combination. This system can solve the problem of difficulty in review and examination of disease detection operation caused by the limitation of cost, safety risk and schedule arrangement in single entity experiment. At the same time, the problems such as the difficulty in reproducing the spatial distribution position of the highway bridge components and the poor teaching effect in evaluating the technical condition are solved. In addition, the system can enhance the students' perceptual understanding of the relationship between the parts in the engineering space and the standardized operation process of bridge engineering inspection and technical condition evaluation before entering the real engineering site. The virtual simulation experimental system realizes the integrity, efficiency, green, environmental protection of the experimental project, and the examination of the whole experimental process.

    Abstract:
    Listed as one of the five top-quality courses launched by Ministry of Education of China, virtual simulation experiment is an important measure to integrate the information technology into experimental teaching to improve the quality and level of experimental teaching, and plays an important role in cultivating the talents. Students-oriented teaching and learning with emphasis on interaction and engagement has been adopted to design the virtual experimental system with combination of real resources to aid mutually with advantages. The scientific research is introduced to demand-oriented and problem-based virtual experimental teaching. The modular, hierarchical and fragmented virtual simulation experimental teaching system of air conditioning system for deep underground space is developed based on cutting-edge research in the field of deep underground space air conditioning. The students will be able to implement the online virtual experiment anytime and anywhere with engaging experience, professional learning, interactive operation, and whole process assessment. It can make up for the shortage of traditional experiment apparatus, enrich the experimental teaching means and resources, enhance the students' innovative capability of solving the complex problem and improve the teaching quality.

    Abstract:
    Cementitious materials and concrete science is the core course of inorganic non-metallic materials engineering, which has strong comprehensiveness and professionalism. The course contains some in-depth theoretical knowledge, such as cement hydration, ion transport in nanopore, etc. Traditional teaching methods lack picture and video media resources, unable to vividly display the reaction process, which makes the teaching boring. This paper explores the introduction of molecular dynamics simulation into the course teaching, enriching the teaching content through the visualization results of simulation, giving students a perspective to observe the micro world, and materializing the abstract knowledge. The introduction of molecular dynamics has also brought about a change in teaching methods, which has stimulated students' interest in learning and achieved good teaching results.
