    Abstract:
    Big data has become a powerful driving force for the innovation and development of college moral education, actively integrating into big data era is not only the demand of information age, but also the inevitable requirement to implement the fundamental task of moral education in the new situation. The broad application prospect of big data in college moral education needs to be considered from the premise of value, that is, to construct the basic principles of the application of big data in college moral education from the perspective of methodology. To be specific, it includes the unity of optimism and prudence, the coordination of technology and humanity, the combination of group and individual, and the harmony of rights and responsibilities. Only by clarifying the cognitive bias, can we provide ideological guidance for relevant data application subjects, and effectively avoid the practical errors in the application of big data in college moral education.

    Abstract:
    Deepening the construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei university alliance and meeting the demands of multi-agent collaborative innovation of government, industry, university and research institute are of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of higher education in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration and enhancing the ability of universities to serve regional economic and social development. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei university alliance presents a trend of diverse levels、multi-dimensional directions and clear concepts, however, there is a gap between the construction level、construction effect and practical needs, and there are many problems in operation and management. From the perspective of multi-agent collaborative innovation and based on the demands of the service objects of the university alliance, this paper constructs a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei university alliance model with the integration of government, industry, university and research institute guided by the common goal, focuses on the internal structure and operation mechanism of the university alliance, and suggests that it be guaranteed from the aspects of top-level design, management mechanism, information platform and cultural integration.

    Abstract:
    Cultivation of top-notch innovative personnel is an inevitable requirement of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance, an urgent need for implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, and also an important measure for strengthening the support of socialist construction talents. Based on the strategic background and target requirements of the strengthening basic disciplines plan, this paper investigates the current status and trends in cultivating top-notch innovative talents. It analyzes and summarizes the issues pertaining to inadequate connectivity within talent cultivation stages, insufficient cultivation of innovation abilities, and the lack of rationality in interdisciplinary configurations. Aligned with the objective of cultivating top-notch innovative talents, this study actively explores a top-notch innovative talent cultivation model that integrates science and education deeply. Introducing the 2-3-3-4-5 pathway for developing top-notch innovative talents, it combines dual-wheel drive with three types of integration curriculum system, emphasizes the cultivation of three major abilities, and four stages of scientific research training, all supported by a five-dimensional framework. The aim of this research is to optimize the path for cultivating top-notch innovative talents and ensure the cultivation quality.

    As a leading institution in global engineering education, Olin College of Engineering is committed to cultivating engineering innovators. To this end, Olin College of Engineering has adopted the Olin Triangle as its curriculum philosophy, committed to integrating humanities and art education and entrepreneurship education into engineering education. From this, the engineering vision is transformed into entrepreneurial skills as its curriculum goal, and modular courses and project practices are arranged around this goal. In terms of teaching staff construction, Olin College of Engineering, with its excellent faculty and a purpose centered, diversification oriented faculty evaluation system serving as intellectual support for achieving its talent cultivation goals, ensures the effective implementation of the curriculum. Taking this as a reference, Chinese universities can establish a complete curriculum system to support talent cultivation goals, select creative cross-border faculty around talent cultivation goals, improve the faculty evaluation system, and form a comprehensive evaluation that highlights the trajectory of teacher work, thereby improving the quality of higher engineering education.

    Abstract:
    Graduation design is the last key link of undergraduate education, which plays an important role in the formation of students’ employment and entrepreneurial ability. Taking a graduation design topic of the building environment and energy application engineering major of Chongqing University (hereinafter referred to as building environment major) as an example, based on the background and purpose of the topic, the key content and task of the graduation design are compared with the traditional graduation design. According to the 12 basic requirements in the general standard of China engineering education certification, the important links of the graduation design are analyzed including the relationship between related work of each link and ability improvement and the basic requirements. Through process analysis, the relationship map between graduation design ability training and basic requirements of engineering certification is proposed. Through the graduation design of building environment major based on the requirements of engineering certification, it is to provide ideas and ways for the cultivation of graduates of related majors to improve their abilities .

    Abstract:
    Moral education is the fundamental mission of colleges and universities. The undergraduate stage is a critical period for the training of innovative talents in scientific research, and subject competition is an important link to improve the ability of undergraduates in scientific research and innovation and cultivate innovative talents. Based on many years of practical experience in the School of Mechanics and Civil Engineering of China University of Mining and Technology, this paper puts forward a four-wheel drive training mode of discipline competition + curriculum construction + innovation project + system guarantee for college students’ innovative ability training mode. This can cultivate college students’ innovative and practical ability in a multi-level and progressive manner, can effectively encourage students’ individualized development, and promote the quality of talent training to transform from single, closed, and knowledge-instilling to complex, open, and innovative mode. This also realizes the real establishment of the scientific concept of pioneering and innovative, and finally achieves the teaching purpose of knowledge and skill transfer and scientific and innovative quality training.

    Abstract:
    In the background of building a country of technological power in the new era, it is necessary to continuously promote innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students. The school-enterprise cooperation mode becomes a new mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education between universities and enterprises, with the significance of deepening integration of industry and education. In this study, according to the characteristics of the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in science and engineering universities, the current innovation and entrepreneurship education training system is presented. Taking the second classroom system of Shandong Jianzhu University as an example, the characteristics and improvement direction of the evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education are analyzed. Meanwhile, the path of multi-subject innovation and entrepreneurship education under the university-enterprise cooperation mode is described. Based on the education and training reform under the mode of university-enterprise cooperation, the innovation and entrepreneurship platform of the school is developed in diversified directions, and students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability is improved. The multi-subject university-enterprise cooperation mode of entrepreneurship and innovation gets beneficial effects. The path analysis and practical exploration of innovation and entrepreneurship education will provide reference for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in science and engineering universities.

    Abstract:
    It is urgent for China to cultivate and train high-quality talents with innovative ideas and practical ability to achieve the national development strategic goal in the 21st century. As a cross-disciplinary subject, engineering management should keep pace with time and focus on the cultivation of innovative talents. In recent years, BIM related courses start to emerge. At this stage, there are some problems in teaching to be solved, such as simple teaching form, limited assessment methods, failure to stimulate students’ consciousness of active learning and innovation, failure to combine with actual situation of the industry. This paper compares college students’ innovation project with other BIM teaching reform schemes, investigates the practical significance and dynamic factors of college students’ innovation project practice, and analyzes the applicability and action mechanism of college students’ innovation project for solving problems in BIM courses. It concludes that the practice mode of college students’ BIM-based innovation projects can be divided into four main stages, namely, preliminary preparation, raising questions, analyzing problems, and solving problems. Finally, it is applied in related teaching of visual interaction of architectural design scheme, where the teaching quality of BIM technology is significantly improved.

    Abstract:
    With the challenges brought by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, the systematization of digital architecture teaching and its relevance to traditional design teaching are becoming increasingly important. Since 2021, the Department of Architecture of Zhejiang University has implemented a first-class undergraduate comprehensive reform focusing on the ecological construction of digital architecture courses, which is mainly aimed at the rectification and integration of the progressive teaching content of digital architecture courses. It also emphasizes its auxiliary and extension role in rational thinking in traditional design education, forms a vertical and complete curriculum chain, and has an effective relationship with the core design curriculum. This paper summarizes and discusses the core concept of the curriculum system, the construction of the content framework and the relevance between the courses.

    Abstract:
    Based on the background of new engineering disciplines, high-quality composite and management talent training has become the target demand for the cultivation of civil engineering students, while the iterative updating of the curriculum in the cultivation system is the key. Taking the new engineering disciplines of civil, hydraulic and transportation engineering in the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Zhejiang University as an example, combining with the development of the new era and the actual needs of new engineering disciplines, we innovatively puts forward an advanced education concept of integration of civil, hydraulic and transportation engineering. And we constructs a new curriculum system of “five-strengths and one-internationalization” for the majors of civil, hydraulic and transportation engineering, which is centered on the core of strong intelligence and strong practice. We explores some reforms and practical experiences of civil, hydraulic and transportation engineering majors in two aspects of innovation and practice, frontier and intelligence. The new curriculum system of “five-strengths and one-internationalization” realizes the training mode of whole civil engineering integration, opens up a new direction of civil engineering undergraduate talent training reform. It can provide reference for universities to carry out construction of new engineering disciplines and talent cultivation.

    Abstract:
    According to the high order, innovative and challenging standard, the construction objectives and principles of the honor course of fluid mechanics are determined in terms of teaching syllabus reconstruciton, teaching method innovation, teaching team construction, student selection and assessment requirements and so on. The characteristics of this honor course includes: problem-driven as the starting point, basic concept as the fulcrum, learning output as the guidance and virtual simulation practice teaching as the expansion. Four forms of continuous equations and their relationship with different flow models, computational fluid dynamics technology in virtual simulation platform and progress of modern fluid measurement technology are taked as examples to illustrate the high-order requirement in course content, innovative requirement in virtual study platform and challenging requirement in students’ learning output. Such attempt can provide reference for the construction of honor courses of fluid mechanics and other mechanics in engineering displine.

    Abstract:
    Building information modeling (BIM) is a key technology for the digitization of smart city infrastructure. Its lack of talent has severely restricted the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the construction of smart cities. However, the existing BIM courses and teaching system are mainly aimed at architectural design and construction management. They can’t meet the needs of the country, the industry and the market for BIM compound talents combining “building + city” with the new generation information technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence. Therefore, this article has established a teaching platform for BIM technology and designed a comprehensive teaching scheme for BIM applications oriented to big data and artificial intelligence. The teaching platform and scheme have been practiced in the national first-class major—building electricity and intelligence. Students’ course experience is good, the purpose of improving BIM teaching level has achieved, and it can provide reference for the cultivation of BIM compound talents in similar majors.

    Abstract:
    The construction of case database is the primary link to ensure the successful implementation of case teaching, and it is also an important means to improve the quality of professional degree postgraduate education. Firstly, the necessity of case database construction is put forward through analyzing the teaching goal and teaching situation of the engineering ethics course for professional degree postgraduates in engineering universities. Secondly, the case database of engineering ethics in municipal engineering field is constructed based on the five sub-fields such as water supply engineering, wastewater engineering, building water supply and drainage engineering, water supply and drainage pipe network and ecological restoration of water environment. Finally, the value of case database construction is explored through teaching practice and teaching feedback. Results show that case database of engineering ethics in municipal engineering field promotes the reform of training mode of professional degree postgraduates. It can activate the classroom atmosphere and increase the frequency of mutual interaction between teachers and students. It also promotes students to understand deeply, master theoretical knowledge and apply it to engineering practice flexibly, thereby effectively improving their comprehensive capability of combing theory with practice. Thus, it is of great significance for professional degree postgraduates in municipal engineering field to improve engineering ethics consciousness and fulfill social responsibilities actively. In addition, it can provide references for case database construction and teaching practice for professional degree postgraduates in other majors.

    Abstract:
    Competition of Urban Design Course Works of Undergraduate Students Specialized in Urban Planning is the highest-level,most standardized,and most recognized national design competition for urban and rural planning major. With the award-winning list of the competition from 2005 to 2019 as samples,according to the teaching development process and key time nodes of the development of urban design,this paper divides the competition process into three stages: early stage,middle stage and late stage,and conducts the statistical analysis and cross analysis of the overall award-winning situation,the characteristics of the geographical distribution and type of the award-winning institutions,as well as the characteristics of the theme of the design competition and the award-winning works,to grasp its development trends as a whole. Based on the analysis results,it is believed that urban design teaching in China should be further explored from the following four aspects: adhering to the teaching concept of openness, integration and co-promotion; constructing the teaching content of urban spatial morphology design +; adopting design teaching method integrated into research; establishing diversified teaching results evaluation method.

    Abstract:
    The teaching content and curriculum system reform project of university-industry cooperation for collaborative education of the Ministry of Education aims to introduce the latest requirements of talent cultivation into the teaching process, promote universities to update the teaching content, improve the curriculum system, build shareable resources that meet the development needs of the industry and promote their application. In response to the requirements of national strategy, considering the common problems in the teaching of theoretical courses in civil engineering and the characteristics of the course of seismic design of building structure, the teaching mode of industry-university cooperation and collaborative education is constructed based on the hybrid teaching method, which discusses the adjustment and optimization of teaching contents, the introduction of typical structural analysis software, the design of course assignments, the selection of test projects, the assessment method and the establishment and utilization of teaching and research test platform.The main ideas and key implementation steps of the teaching mode are described in detail, and the gains and inspirations in terms of theoretical knowledge, engineering application, innovative ideas and professional quality are listed, thus verifying the good effect of the teaching mode of industry-university cooperation and collaborative education.

    The integration of ideological and political education into professional courses is an important measure of higher education reform. Starting from the present situation and existing problems of engineering ethics education, taking the course of concrete and masonry structures in civil engineering as an example, and taking morality education as the foundation, specialty as the carrier, students as the center, and practice as the guidance, the integration strategies of engineering ethics education are proposed from four aspects of education mode, education idea, teaching content and teaching method. Practice has shown that engineering ethics education, ideological and political education and professional education can be organically integrated and promoted to achieve the education goal of knowledge imparting, ability cultivation, value shaping, and the quality of education is significantly improved.

    Abstract:
    In order to systematically analyze the research development of curricular ideological and political education in China, literatures related to curricular ideological and political education collected by CNKI from 2017 to 2021 are selected as samples, and metrology software CiteSpace is used to analyze the literature characteristics, hotspots and frontier trends. Curriculum ideological and political research started late in China, the degree of inter institutional cooperation is low, and the interdisciplinary research is insufficient. The researches mainly focus on five topics: concept connotation, value implication, construction path, discipline practice and evaluation system. From the perspective of development trend, the characteristic system construction and discipline application research of curricular ideological and political education in the intelligent era has attracted more and more attention, and building curriculum ideological and political design theories and methods that meet the requirements of first-class curriculum construction is the research focus in this field. In the future, inter-disciplinary research should be strengthened, and the deep integration between curricular ideological and political education and information technology should be promoted.

    Abstract:
    Ideological and political elements should be integrated into professional courses in colleges and universities to realize collaborative education. However, how to organically integrate ideological and political elements into professional courses to achieve the effect of like flowers in spring and moistening things silently still needs further exploration and research. Taking the professional course of soil mechanics as an example, this paper adds ideological and political objectives to the teaching objectives, deeply excavates the ideological and political elements contained in the professional knowledge from the perspectives of specialty, industry, country, international, culture and history, and organically integrates the ideological and political elements into the teaching cases. In this way, it deeply analyzes the realization ways from traditional professional courses to curriculum-based ideological and political education from face to point and layer by layer. In addition, combined with their own curriculum-based ideological and political teaching experience, this paper puts forward some methods to improve teachers’ curriculum-based ideological and political teaching ability, such as self-cultivation, database building and discussion.

    Abstract:
    Curriculum-based ideological and political education is an important measure to strengthening morality education. Deeply excavating the ideological and political education resources contained in various courses is the most basic, fundamental and urgent work of current education and teaching. Due to the great difference between engineering professional courses and ideological and political courses, how to exploit and make full use of the hidden ideological and political treasures in professional courses, so as to achieve the synergistic educational effect of courses for ideological and political education and courses of ideological and political education, is a new challenge faced by professional teachers at present. The knowledge points of engineering courses are often based on the principles of mechanics, and the philosophical thinking and aesthetics contained therein are important ideological and political treasures that are easily ignored. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of engineering professional courses, then puts forward the ideological and political objectives of professional courses, and combs the ideological and political elements of the course from the aspects of philosophical thinking and aesthetics, engineering ethics, the spirit of great country craftsmen, the feeling of serving the country with science and technology and the responsibility of mission, and explores the effective integration ways taking the bridge engineering course as an example, which can be used as a reference for similar courses.
