    Abstract:
    Higher education is the leader in building a strong country in education, and the digitalization of higher education is an inevitable choice to realize the leap from a big country in education to a strong country in education. In the context of the great transformation of global education, the digital governance of higher education is an inevitable requirement to comply with the digital age, an objective need to improve the quality of education, and an inherent demand for national strategic development. Although some achievements have been made in the digital governance of higher education in China, there are still practical challenges such as the concept of digital governance has not yet changed, the main literacy of digital governance is lacking, the digital governance technology is not mature enough, and the digital governance system needs to be improved. In view of this, the main body of higher education governance should change its concept, cultivate the thinking of digital governance in higher education, improve literacy, cultivate high-quality technical digital talents, change technology, and promote the digital transformation and upgrading of higher education.     Abstract:
    Hebei Province is in a transitional period from a major education province to a strong education province. Based on the situation of national Double First-class construction and the current situation of higher education in Hebei Province, the study puts forward measures to break the situation for the high-quality development of higher education in Hebei Province from three aspects: focusing on supporting the construction of high-level universities, seeking breakthroughs in characteristic development, seizing major strategic opportunities of the country, and provides solutions from the aspects of two guarantees and two improvements. In two guarantees, financial guarantee includes sufficient total funding and improving fund-raising capacity; talent guarantee is based on selecting outstanding university presidents, introducing high-level scientific research leaders and building high-level scientific research teams. In two improvements, connotation construction includes returning to academics, returning to teaching and returning to characteristics, and university reputation construction includes improving the quality of talent cultivation, upgrading scientific and technological innovation ability, promoting Chinese-foreign cooperation in school running, and serving the development of local economy. Hebei Province should take multiple measures and make precise efforts to provide useful reference for the high-quality development of higher education and assist in the construction of a strong education province.

    Abstract:
    With the continuous advancement of digitization, networking and intelligence in China’s construction industry, construction practitioners need to participate in the practice of intelligent construction with higher information literacy, and actively build and maintain a good ethical and moral order in the construction industry. The paper analyzes the significance of carrying out information technology ethics education in the cultivation of intelligent construction talents in colleges and universities, including cultivating students’ subject consciousness and ability of information technology ethics, improving students’ ability to solve complex engineering problems of intelligent construction, and promoting students to actively respond to information technology ethics problems in the context of globalization. It is pointed out that the ethics education of information technology in the cultivation of intelligent construction talents in colleges and universities should introduce the ideas of course ideological and political education, and properly integrate curriculum design, optimize students’ knowledge system and development process, and cultivate students’ lifelong abilities according to the balance between integration and hierarchy,cross-regional and educational, and adaptability and flexibility. The paper explores the systematic scheme design of information technology ethics teaching in the cultivation of intelligent construction talents in colleges and universities, including clarifying the information technology ethics teaching objectives, constructing the information technology ethics teaching content, implementing the information technology ethics deep learning strategy, and improving the information technology ethics teaching level of intelligent construction teachers.

    Abstract:
    In view of the current situation that the professional practice teaching of architects in undergraduate architecture focuses on the cultivation of practical ability rather than the cultivation of comprehensive ability such as innovation and entrepreneurship, interpersonal communication and management, taking Hubei University of Technology as an example, this paper puts forward the innovation and entrepreneurship studio architectural practice education model from the problems such as the disconnection between the ability of architectural students and the needs of the industry, and the mismatch between the training methods and the diversified needs of career planning. This model takes practical education as the core, constructs three modules of innovation and entrepreneurship education, theoretical education and comprehensive ability training, and takes evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism and competition mechanism as the guarantee to cultivate professional practice + diversified architectural talents, to promote the reform of practice training system of architecture discipline in universities, and improve the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education of architecture.

    Abstract:
    Depending on the National demonstration Center of experimental Teaching, School of Civil Engineering of Chongqing University constructed virtual simulation experiment system for experimental contents with high cost, high risk and long cycle, such as air conditioning cold and heat source system and ventilation and air conditioning system of building environment and energy application engineering. Three comprehensive virtual simulation experiment systems were constructed: air conditioning cold and heat source system, air conditioning system and hot water heating system. Under the aim of training creative engineering talents with ability to solve complex engineering problems, experimental construction was concentrated on the practice teaching system and maintained the principle of “virtual reality complementation ”. The contents provide mutual evaluation system and complete experiment course including virtual simulation experiment system under multiple working conditions and accident condition. In the form of online experiment, it’s more convenient and shared. From 2020 to 2021, the virtual simulation experiment system has got high evaluation from our undergraduates and more than 300 students in 4 universities.

    Abstract:
    In double first-class construction system, personnel training and laboratory construction are important elements. By analyzing the consistency and complementarity of them, combined with the traditional co-management concept, this paper constructs the co-management mechanism of laboratory by teachers and students based on double first-class college student training goals, which can improve the quality of laboratory construction and management, and effectively achieve student training goals. At the same time, the creation of a good experimental environment and innovative atmosphere can provide guarantees for the construction of double first-class universities and the overall ability cultivation of students. This paper analyzes the basic concept, experience and feasibility of co-management, defines the problems that need to be solved and faced, and puts forward specific countermeasures, carries out work division of the co-management mechanism, puts forward suggestions for the orderly promotion of the work, and explains the achievement of the cultivation goals for double first-class construction in the co-management mechanism of university laboratory. From the theoretical system to the practical link, this paper expounds the implementation key of the university laboratory co-management mechanism, which has positive reference value for construction of university laboratories, talent cultivation, double first-class construction, and personnel system reform in universities.

    Abstract:
    To actively respond to the new requirements for talent cultivation in new fields and new industries, China has made great efforts to promote new engineering education in recent years. Under the background of new engineering, cultivating students’ interdisciplinary learning and interdisciplinary knowledge migration ability, so as to realize the ability of interdisciplinary innovation, has become one of the main goals of talent training. Combined with the teaching reform practices carried out by the landscape architecture major of Southwest Jiaotong University, this paper analyzes the complexity of interdisciplinary ability training in terms of specialty particularity, curriculum system uniqueness and teaching environment limitation. Then, it expounds on the way of interdisciplinary ability training, such as updating teaching concepts, constructing a student-platform-teacher trinity talent training system, improving knowledge system, refining training process, establishing multiple scientific evaluation methods and so on. Finally, the development trend of interdisciplinary ability training of landscape architecture is discussed, including establishing scientific concept of human settlement environment, highlighting disciplinary advantages and platform resources, and strengthening key training links.

    Abstract:
    As an important part of teaching work in colleges and universities, experimental teaching plays an irreplaceable role in polishing students’ ability to analyze and solve problems, especially for local application-oriented universities. It is an important way to cultivate college students’ practical operation ability, innovation ability, practical ability and entrepreneurial spirit. In order to explore the construction mode of open experimental platform in local application-oriented colleges, this paper takes the road and bridge laboratory of Civil Engineering and Architecture College of Hubei University of Arts and Science as an example, points out the problems existing in the current undergraduate experimental teaching from the aspects of curriculum and teaching management, and puts forward the reform measures of the open experimental platform, including developing an open intelligent comprehensive experimental management platform that integrates experimental project selection, online course cloud sharing and experimental instrument reservation, constructing the two-way selection terminal elimination system, improving the course evaluation mechanism that focuses on students’ practical ability, and establishing a special safety management system covering all teachers and students. The open experimental platform stimulates students’ practical ability and innovation potential, improves the utilization rate of experimental equipment and teaching resources, and lays a solid foundation for cultivating people with virtue and better cultivating application-oriented professional and technical talents.

    Abstract:
    The sudden outbreak of the epidemic made it impossible for universities to carry out traditional offline teaching in 2020, so universities developed online teaching practice. However, engineering design courses have their own characteristics, which makes online teaching unable to meet the requirements of the courses. So we take the urban design course in Nanjing University as an example, analyze it’s mission and purpose, considering that online teaching has the following problems, such as difficulty of site investigation, difficulty in deepening online teaching (the loss of space information expression, the failure of online communication between teachers and students), and the error in online oral defense. Accordingly, we carry out a systematic reform and innovation by the way of online site investigation(online site selection, online site investigation), online educational reform (the use of VR technology, optimization of online communication), and online oral defense correction. All of this will provide useful experience for the future integration of online and offline teaching and the deepening of online teaching reform.

    Intelligent construction is based on traditional civil engineering majors,and it is a new direction of engineering development meeting the needs of national construction. As a core course of traditional civil engineering, the course of concrete structure design is still an important teaching link of intelligent construction. In order to meet the new requirements of talent cultivation, combined with the analysis of core courses of intelligent construction in domestic universities, this paper explores the reform measures of existing concrete structure design course knowledge, constructs a knowledge system suitable for concrete structure design courses under the background of intelligent construction, clarifies the role of concrete structure design in intelligent construction, and related achievements can provide reference for the teaching of structure design in intelligent construction.

    The promotion of territorial spatial planning puts forward new requirements for interdisciplinary integration and professional talent training. The discipline of urban and rural planning is facing major opportunities and challenges in the context of the new era. From the perspective of territorial spatial planning, this paper discusses the importance of urban and rural planning and the new requirements of talent training. It analyzes the four main contradictions that need to be solved in the undergraduate education of urban and rural planning, which are traditional talent training mode and innovative teaching methods, theoretical courses and design practice courses, old knowledge system and new planning system, single discipline framework and interdisciplinary knowledge. It comes to the conclusion that the discipline of urban and rural planning urgently needs to transform the talent training mode and optimize the curriculum system. According to the training needs of urban and rural planning professionals in the new era, Hebei University of Architecture timely adjusts the training plan and determines a compound high-quality talent training mode with practical thinking, theoretical thinking, logical thinking and computational thinking. It reconstructs the curriculum system of professional education from three aspects, including clarifying the context of the curriculum system, adding interdisciplinary courses and promoting the integration of theory and practice. Relying on the new training plan and curriculum system, good teaching results have been achieved and the training level of professional talents has improved.

    Abstract:
    In response to the new situation of new engineering, how to match the teaching of urban and rural planning with the development of national land space is particularly important. As an engineering major with strong practicality, urban and rural planning curriculum results are an efficient tool to test its teaching effect directly. There are problems such as fuzzy setting of curriculum achievement path, lack of practical innovation, complex and boring theoretical knowledge in the current theoretical curriculum design. This study focuses on the five-dimensional form of new engineering, such as humanistic dimension, scale dimension, political dimension, industrial dimension and humanistic dimension, and puts OBE concept into five stages to the design of curriculum structure. Combined with the curriculum technology, scale, politics and humanities achievements, the knowledge module, ability module and quality module are formed, to improve the teaching effect of theoretical courses of urban and rural planning.

    Abstract:
    Marine engineering geology is one of the compulsory course of undergraduate majors in civil engineering and geological engineering. Exploring its practical training and teaching system is one of the important connotations for the new engineering project and first-class disciplines construction. Based on outcomes based education (OBE) concept, following the teaching concept of student-oriented and goal-oriented, the teaching mode reform and innovation of reverse design, positive implementation, and virtuality and reality combination are conducted. Focus on the goal of engineering units’ demand for graduates, the curriculum objectives and content settings, teaching forms and methods, diversified ability assessment and evaluation are redesigned. By school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative development, improving teaching quality and stimulating students’ innovation and entrepreneurship abilities, a new model of marine engineering geological practice base is jointly built.

    Abstract:
    There are many chapters and contents in the course of reinforced concrete structure design principles. How to reasonably design the teaching plans has become one of the main problems in well teaching this course. First, based on the problem orientation, the key problems for the teaching contents of each chapter are summarized. Then, based on the result orientation, the teaching results are all the key problems in the problem orientation, and the reasonable teaching plan design of each chapter is carried out. Finally, the main chapters for the course of reinforced concrete structure design principles are sorted into teaching plans which are easy to teach. It is expected that teachers' teaching ability and students' ability to accept knowledge will be improved. The teaching plan design method which combines the problem orientation and the result orientation proposed in this paper will provide reference for the teaching plan design of the other related courses in civil engineering.

    Abstract:
    Practical teaching is a bridge for students of bridge engineering from theoretical study to practical production. Aiming at the problems of poor coherence, low efficiency and poor effect in traditional practical teaching of bridge engineering, the bridge engineering course group of School of Civil Engineering of Tongji University explores and constructs a new model of through-learning chain for multiple practical courses on the basis of years of practice and research. The model takes demand drive, potential stimulation and innovation orientation as the core, forming a teaching idea from learning and cognition to skill training and then to solving complex engineering problems. In this teaching chain, students’ course learning, virtual platform, production practice, paper research are layer through layer. Ideological and political teaching, national conditions practice, construction site, patent application, innovation and entrepreneurship are linked together, so as to improve the consistency of practical teaching of bridge engineering specialty, enrich the teaching content and improve the teaching effect.

    In the current architectural design education, there are many problems in the teaching carrier, such as the simplification of architectural type, the fixation of design content, and the disconnection of architecture and region. This paper attempts to introduce the design theory and method of critical regionalism into the teaching of architectural design course in the second grade by combing the development process of architectural design education and combining the development trend of architectural design theory.     Reshaping curriculum teaching is an urgent issue in the construction of first-class curriculum. Combining with the spirit of Implementation Opinions on the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Courses of the Ministry of Education, the characteristics of heat transfer course are analyzed, the shortcomings of the current practical teaching are summarized, the reform idea of experiment teaching is put forward under the new situation, and in view of the experimental teaching reform case of convective heat transfer, the teaching idea analysis and effectiveness analysis based on two characteristics and one degree are conducted.     Abstract:
    At the present, construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education is mainly focused in the undergraduate teaching, and it has just started for postgraduate study. As an advanced education in universities, its ideological and political study is also important. Takes a graduate course “Advanced Building System Integration” in the school of architecture and urban planning of Nanjing University as an example, the paper discusses how to carry out the reform of ideological and political teaching. According to the course’s nature and he spiritual characteristics of the graduate students, the reform is conducted from four aspects: the course orientation, teaching content, teaching mode and assessment method. The key and the starting point is to reposition the course. The course was first repositioned around the theme of "Strengthening Morality Education". And the teaching content has also been reconstructed and reintegrated based on the new teaching theme. Its main purposes are to break the barriers between building technology theory and the cultivation of architects' values and outlook on life, as well as between professional knowledge and ideological education. According to the needs and interests of students, it attempts to develop an open and two-way flexible teaching methods which aims cultivating architects' professional accomplishments and correct values. In addition, the assessment and evaluation mode is a useful tool to cooperate with the reform. This study shows that a successful reform should be based on reconstructing the curriculum system. According the actual needs of postgraduate students, it is necessary to integrate ideological and political elements naturally into multiple directions and levels of a course. Be imperceptibly guiding students to establish a correct outlook on life and values, it is better to integrate the spirit of establishing morality and cultivating people into higher professional curriculum education.

    To realize the inclusion of ideological and political teaching in subject courses of civil engineering, considering the particularities of subject courses of civil engineering that the theory is complicated and the course content is rich, taking the course of composite structure for example, the methods and feasibility of comprehensively constructing ideological and political elements from the aspects of course content, practical teaching, assessment system, and textbook construction are discussed. The teaching mode and teaching methods are improved to solve the contradiction between limited course hour and massive course content. The effect of the ideological and political construction plan and reform measures in undergraduate and graduate composite structure courses is elaborated to provide reference for civil engineering professional projects. Composite structure is an important subject course in both undergraduate and postgraduate education of civil engineering. Yet the course is difficult to teach due to the complicated designing theory and the various forms. Traceless integration of ideological and political teaching raise high requirements on teaching design, teaching techniques, and teaching mode. To solve this problem, in course content construction, case database, stories of eight hundred heroes, engineering issues analyses, and academic hotspots are added. In experiment teaching, experimental program design and research discussion are included. In evaluation system, group project is brought up. In teaching mode, the multi-way teaching mode and jointly built course with abroad experts are carried out, and hence the teaching content is successfully extended from on class to after class and from domestic to international. For the teaching method, the multi-electronic teaching methods are adopted to realize personalized education. After implementing the above teaching reforms, the courses have received favorable comments from both domestic and oversea students with the outstanding rate of the grade reaching to 30%.

    Abstract:
    Curriculum based ideological and political educatiom is an effective way to realize Three-Whole Education. The overall ideas and specific ways of implementing ideological and political education in the course of principles and equipment of heat and mass exchange is explored. Based on the characteristics of this course, the ideological and political education goals of the course is formulated. Under the student-centered concept, the ideological and political elements of the course are deeply excavated from three aspects, including cultivating the thinking ability, conveying the scientific spirit and establishing the concept of green and low-carbon development. The inquiry-based teaching organization and process evaluation and assessment can ensure that ideological and political education is efficiently integrated into the teaching process. Taking the teaching content of air conditioning system with temperature and humidity independently control as an example, the specific implementation steps and processes of ideological and political education in the course are provided.
